This app allows for quickly setting the slope of a number of pipes within a common pipe network and applying pipe drop across each structure. The app allows for selecting pipes/structures in plan view or pipes/structures in profile view and offers two modes, by slope and by inverts. When selecting parts in profile view, the app also provides the ability to extract the selected point elevation from the profile to apply to the pipe network. For both modes, the app does not care if the upstream or downstream end is selected, nor does it care if the start and end points of the pipes are in the same configuration throughout. When applying pipe drops in structures, the app checks to see if the structure is not a null structure before applying.

Upon running the app, if pipe networks are found in the drawing the user will be prompted to select one of two modes, by slope or by inverts.

When selecting by slope, the user will be prompted to select a start structure or pipe, an end structure or pipe, the starting pipe invert with the default invert as inherited from the first pipe, the slope to be applied to all pipes in between the start and end structures/pipes, and the pipe drop across each structure - if required. If the user selects profile view structures or pipes, the app offers a keyword selection on the invert elevation prompt to select elevation from profile view. When choosing to select the elevation from profile view, the user must select the profile view prior to picking a point within the same profile view. The mode concludes by providing the number of pipes/structures updated.

When selecting by inverts, the user will be prompted to select a start structure or pipe, an end structure or pipe, and the pipe drop across each structure - if required. When selecting the typing option, the default start invert is inherited from the first pipe. The app then uses the elevation difference between the start/end inverts, minus the pipe drop across structures value multiplied by the number of non-null structures within the pipe run (not including start or end structures), divided by the total 2D Center to Center pipe length within the run to calculate the to be applied pipe slope. The mode concludes by providing the number of pipes/structures updated.

In both modes, if the user selects profile view structures or pipes, the app offers a keyword selection on the invert elevation prompts to select elevation from profile view. When choosing to select the elevation from profile view, the user must select the profile view prior to picking a point within the same profile view.
